Clan Rules and Guidelines: *

Encampment members agree to follow the below encampment rules as well as all rules and guidelines set forth by the Faire. Vendor space sizes are determined by size applied for. Changes after application approval must be approved by the Encampment Leader and the Faire Director. Encampment / Booth layout is determined by Aaron Gleason and will be designed to balance vendors around the encampment. Vendors will be invoiced individually by the event staff, all fee questions should be directed to them for clarification. Any refunds should be addressed this way as well. All required State and County Tax forms must be completed before Set-Up, and proof of such presented to the Encampment Leader or Second before set-up commences. If said proof is not produced, vendors will be unable to sell. Vendors must provide photos for marketing for the event, business + product descriptions are highly encouraged. Vendors will promote both the event and the Encampment to their own social media pages. Failure to do so will result in a “First Offense” warning. No services may be offered without pre-approval by both the Faire Director and the Encampment Leader. Last Minute services will not be accepted. Faire garb is required & should reflect the premise behind your business / booth. Except in emergency circumstances, encampment members must remain set up for the entire event. Any open fires must be accompanied by a fire extinguisher. Quiet Hours are 11pm - 7am and will be enforced. Music during Faire hours is encouraged, please keep the volume to only your area. Violations of encampment rules will result in a warning for the first offense, a 1 year probation for the second offense and a permanent ban for the 3rd. Probationary vendors must be approved by the entire encampment on a per event basis.

Booth Guidelines (Vendors Only):

Pop-up Canopy - Sidewalls & weights are required Canvas slipcovers/ walls are encouraged but not required for 1st year vendors in camp, year 2 canvas slipcovers/ walls are the minimum Canvas tents should be at least semi-period in appearance and are required no later than year 3. Meals are not provided, however, Gathering for meals and community is encouraged. Camping is on a per event basis, but generally is allowed. Modern tents may need to be taken down or disguised during Faire hours. For those choosing not to camp, check the local area for hotels/Air B&B, this will be at the vendors expense. This event occurs rain or shine, please be prepared for this eventuality. In the event of evening Faire hours, please be prepared to light your space, battery operated candles and flame torches are preferred. Vendors are responsible for their designated area. This includes cleaning up any trash. All vendors will help keep the central area clean. This is most important when an event concludes, please police your area before leaving.
